About the Role
Bandwidth Global is seeking a Sales Officer who can identify opportunities across different global industries, generate leads, and close new client accounts. This is a strategic role that goes beyond basic sales. You will help shape services that meet industry needs across Africa, Europe, and North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify industries globally where Bandwidth Global can offer staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Build lead lists and conduct structured outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn).
- Pitch Bandwidth Global’s services and secure meetings with decision-makers.
- Work with the Marketing and People & Culture teams to develop client-specific service proposals.
- Follow up on leads until closing stage.
- Manage and maintain CRM records of all sales activities.
- Provide weekly sales performance updates and revenue projections.
- Build strong long-term client relationships after onboarding.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5+ years in B2B sales (preferably in HR, staffing, SaaS, or consulting).
- Experience selling to international clients is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
- Comfortable with numbers, targets, and structured reporting.
- Understanding of how global industries operate and how staffing solutions support them.
Remuneration:
Base Salary + Commission: 3%-5% of invoice for every new client signed
